
Some tabbouleh mix over romaine & lamb's lettuce, cucumber and cherry tomatoes with a free soup mix on the side (with the Thai Curry leftovers mixed in).

And breakfast this morning. Oatmeal with cinnamon, ginger, a tsp. maple syrup and peanut butter, 1/2 mashed banana, fresh blueberries and 1/2 pear.

You know, I tried Indian curry and I didn't like it, but this sounds wonderful, I've been told Thai curry might be more my "thing". And that oatmeal! I should make sure to have some more before spring rolls around and it gets too warm for hot breakfast food.

Jen, i'm totally addicted to thai-curry lately ;) the simple combination of curry paste and coconut milk is so incredibly delicious! i'm sure you'd like it.
